Capability Programme
AI Training and Change Management for Teams
Workshops and coaching for named teams, so your people are ready for the systems the roadmap introduces. Capability is one of the five dimensions the readiness assessment scores. This programme is how it moves.
The problem a capability programme solves
A system is ready before its people are. The vendor has trained two champions, the rest of the team has watched a demonstration, and six weeks later usage has settled at the level of the two champions. Generic AI training does not fix this, because it teaches tools rather than the organisation's own work.
The capability dimension of the readiness assessment measures exactly this gap: who can do the work, how many of them there are, and whether the skill is organisational or personal. A capability programme is the engagement that moves that score.
Who this is for
- Leadership teams that need working AI literacy before they can govern or fund AI decisions
- Teams about to receive a system from an implementation programme
- Organisations whose AI capability sits with two or three people and is at risk when they are unavailable
- Public bodies and larger SMEs building the internal skills the National AI Strategy expects
What Consultaix does
Consultaix designs a fixed run of sessions for a named cohort, built around the organisation's own processes and the systems it is adopting. Content ranges from executive AI literacy and responsible use, through hands-on adoption of specific tools, to the working practices and change that surround them. Specialist trainers are brought in where a subject needs them.
The programme is designed and led by Faaleh M. Sookye, whose background includes training operations and AI curriculum development alongside advisory work.
How the work runs
- Cohort and baselineWho takes part, what they already know, and what they will need to do differently. The capability score from the assessment is the starting point.
- Programme designA sequence of workshops and coaching sessions built on the organisation's real processes and data, not generic examples.
- DeliverySessions run with the cohort, at a cadence the organisation can sustain alongside its work.
- HandoverInternal owners, materials and a plan for keeping the capability current after the programme ends.
What you have at the end
A cohort that can use, question and govern the AI in front of them. Materials and internal owners so the capability stays in the organisation. An updated capability score showing what moved. Where the programme accompanies an implementation, adoption is measured as part of the same engagement.
