These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from the contract that governs any advisory engagement with Consultaix; that contract is agreed in writing before work begins and takes precedence over anything here.

What this site is for

The site describes Consultaix's services and method, and gives you a way to contact us. Nothing on it is advice to your organisation. The AI Adoption Ladder™, the readiness dimensions and any self-placement you make on the site are illustrations of the method, not an assessment of your organisation. An assessment is a scoped engagement with a report at the end.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or adapt the text, diagrams, framework descriptions or images for commercial use without written permission. You may not use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with others' use of it, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not publicly available.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, the Consultaix name and wordmark, and the AI Adoption Ladder™ framework and its name are the property of Consultaix. AiReady.mu and Mauritius AI Network are separate initiatives with their own names and marks. Quoting short extracts with attribution for comment or review is fine.

Accuracy and liability

We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or free of error, and we may change it without notice. To the extent the law allows, Consultaix is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from any interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Mauritius.
