What Consultaix does

Consultaix scopes and leads phased delivery against the roadmap: process digitalisation, integration of AI into existing systems, automation of defined workflows, and generative or agentic AI where the readiness profile supports it. Specialist engineers and vendors are brought in as each phase requires and managed against the roadmap rather than their own product plan.

Every phase carries an adoption measure agreed at the start: who is using it, how often, and what changed. Deployment is not the finish line. Use is.

How the work runs

1. Phase scopingThe first move from the roadmap is scoped in detail: the process, the data it depends on, the people who own it, and the adoption measure.
2. Build and integrateDelivery with the organisation's own team in the room, so capability is built rather than rented.
3. AdoptionStructured rollout to the people who will use it daily, with the change and training that goes with it.
4. Measure and re-placeThe dimension scores are re-run. If the rung has moved, the next phase is scoped. If it has not, we find out why before spending more.

What you have at the end

Working systems in daily use, with adoption measured against the target agreed at the start. A team that understands what was built and why. An updated readiness placement showing what moved. Where governance obligations arise from what was deployed, they are handed to the governance work rather than left to chance.
