Adopt
AI Implementation & Automation
Delivery of AI, automation and digitalisation, including generative and agentic AI, scoped to what the readiness assessment says the organisation can actually absorb. Adoption is measured, not just deployment.
The problem implementation advisory solves
AI implementation fails in predictable ways. The tool is chosen before the process is understood. The data it needs is not where the vendor assumed. The two people who understand it leave or get busy. The pilot succeeds in the demo and never reaches the people who would have to use it every day.
None of these are technology problems. They are sequencing and absorption problems, and they are why Consultaix does not begin implementation without a readiness placement. The placement tells us what the organisation can carry, which determines what we build first and how fast.
Who this is for
- Organisations that have completed a readiness assessment and hold a roadmap they now need delivered
- SMEs digitalising core processes who want AI introduced where it will hold, not everywhere at once
- Leadership teams evaluating generative or agentic AI use cases and needing an independent view on which are real
- Organisations with a stalled pilot that worked in the demonstration and stopped in daily use
What Consultaix does
Consultaix scopes and leads phased delivery against the roadmap: process digitalisation, integration of AI into existing systems, automation of defined workflows, and generative or agentic AI where the readiness profile supports it. Specialist engineers and vendors are brought in as each phase requires and managed against the roadmap rather than their own product plan.
Every phase carries an adoption measure agreed at the start: who is using it, how often, and what changed. Deployment is not the finish line. Use is.
How the work runs
- Phase scopingThe first move from the roadmap is scoped in detail: the process, the data it depends on, the people who own it, and the adoption measure.
- Build and integrateDelivery with the organisation's own team in the room, so capability is built rather than rented.
- AdoptionStructured rollout to the people who will use it daily, with the change and training that goes with it.
- Measure and re-placeThe dimension scores are re-run. If the rung has moved, the next phase is scoped. If it has not, we find out why before spending more.
What you have at the end
Working systems in daily use, with adoption measured against the target agreed at the start. A team that understands what was built and why. An updated readiness placement showing what moved. Where governance obligations arise from what was deployed, they are handed to the governance work rather than left to chance.
